Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

International Shipping

  • LITMICH is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
    LITMICH is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first.

  • For damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

  • LITMICH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order or made-to-order items, all items may ship together once available.
